lush greenery excellent breakfast comfortable towel shower curtain sauna location wet floor
The pool area had lush greenery. It seemed like a tropical vacation. The breakfast was excellent. Towels were comfortable.
The shower curtain didn't stop water from going all over the bathroom floor. The floor was wet most of my stay. The sauna and steam room's location wasn't ideal. It meant climbing stairs when wet.

mixed feelings about this stay
cold water dirty glasses
the pool looked amazing in photos, but the water was colder than i expected. it wasn't relaxing because i could hear housekeeping staff dragging equipment over the walkways all the time. the pool bar was often unmanned, and when i rang the bell, it took a very long time for anyone to appear. drinks were served in dirty glasses, and staff would disappear while i waited for change.

My room was quite large. It includes a living area with sofas and a dining table. The separate bedroom features a four-poster bed and en-suite. Comfortable robes and slippers were provided. I used them when traveling to the facilities.
I found the lifts to be small. Guests with mobility issues might have trouble. I also noticed the doors required physical effort to push open.

clean sheets unique appearance relaxing pool hot sauna
I loved the eco clean focus. The shower curtain was washable fabric. The bed included crispy, clean sheets of organic cotton. The hotel presents a unique appearance. The pool area felt very relaxing. I really enjoyed both the steam and hot sauna.
The elevator door was broken, it didn't close properly. The saunas looked like old gym saunas. It lacked the glamour I expected.

wide range high standard friendly staff
I enjoyed the wide range of options at breakfast. The steam and sauna rooms were maintained to a high standard. The staff were very friendly (and always smiling).
